Shipping Policy
Due to high temperatures in sunny South Florida, we only ship orders Monday through Thursday.
For example, if you place an order on a Thursday, that order will not be shipped until Monday. We do this to ensure that your package does not sit overnight at the USPS hub over the weekend. Due to the melting points of the candle(s), this is extremely important!
SHIPPING TIMES
The current processing time on orders is typically 5-7 business days. This excludes holidays and weekends. We cannot guarantee USPS shipping times, and it is not included in the processing time.
In addition to high temperatures, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, USPS is experiencing delays in orders at this time. Additional days and processing times of deliveries by USPS may apply.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If any products are damaged during shipping, please reach out to support@essentialessenceinc.com with a photo of the damage to arrange a replacement.
LOST PACKAGE
If your package is lost, please contact your local post office. If they cannot locate the package, reach out to us via support@essentialessenceinc.com
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we will reship the package at the buyer's expense.
