Candle Care

The first time you burn our candles, it’s important to allow it to burn for 2-4 hours depending on the size of container to create a full “melt pool” This will ensure the melted wax reaches all the way to the edge of the container. Each time you burn the candle, it will "remember" to burn out to the edge. Doing this will avoid "tunneling," which leaves wax on the walls of the container, causing you not to get the most out of your candle.

TRIM YOUR WICK!

The first rule of candle care is to always trim your wick to 1/4" before EACH use or when the wick "mushrooms." Trimming the wick will allow the candle to have a longer burn time.

Never leave a burning candle unattended!

Never burn a candle near anything flammable, well away from drafts, other heat sources, and keep burning candles out of the reach of children and pets.

We recommend not burning candles for longer than four hours and letting them cool for at least two hours before relighting.

Extinguish flame by placing the lid on the candle, using a candle snuffer, or dipping the wick into the melted wax pool, then reposition candlewick if needed.

Now that you've learned proper candle care, you can now enjoy the experience the elegance of nature.
